If you and your partner feel that we are the perfect fit for your wedding day, we would love to welcome you into the Ashley & Virginia experience. We will send over a personalized proposal that includes your contract, invoice, and payment schedule. A 20% deposit secures your date and allows us to begin planning your coverage with care and intention.
About one month before your wedding, you will receive a content creation questionnaire designed to help us understand how you want to remember your wedding day. After reviewing your responses, we will schedule a call to walk through every detail together, ensuring everything feels effortless and aligned with your vision.
Within 48 hours of your wedding, you will receive a beautifully curated gallery of photos and videos, along with edited content, so you can begin reliving your big day immediately and for a lifetime to come.
From the earliest planning moments through your wedding day, our team will be a calm, supportive presence you can rely on. We would be truly honored to document your celebration and craft the memories you will cherish for a lifetime.
