We specialize in crafting timeless memories, ready to be revisited again and again. We capture every moment that unfolds before us, capturing the essence of your once-in-a-lifetime day with care, purpose, and artistic flair.

Our purpose is simple: while you fully immerse yourself in each moment, we thoughtfully document every detail so you can move through your day with complete peace of mind, knowing your memories are being preserved by a team you trust.

Within 48 hours, you'll receive your edited and unedited footage, allowing you to relive every meaningful moment exactly as it unfolded.

All Wedding Packages Include:

  • Continuous on-site coverage captured on iPhone during hours booked

  • Full gallery of video clips and images (delivered within 48 hours)

  • A pre-wedding content creation planning consultation

  • Complimentary full-length recordings of key moments (ceremony, speeches, first dances, and more) for couples not working with a videographer, captured on your personal device at no additional cost

  • Ready-to-share 60-second highlight reel of your wedding day — $60

  • Ready-to-share 30-second reel of your choice — $30

  • Bridal shower or special event coverage available at an hourly rate (three-hour minimum)

  • Note: The first 30 miles of travel to your wedding are complimentary. Mileage fees of $0.65 per mile may apply for any additional mileage beyond 30 miles.

If you and your partner feel that we are the perfect fit for your wedding day, we would love to welcome you into the Ashley & Virginia experience. We will send over a personalized proposal that includes your contract, invoice, and payment schedule. A 20% deposit secures your date and allows us to begin planning your coverage with care and intention.

About one month before your wedding, you will receive a content creation questionnaire designed to help us understand how you want to remember your wedding day. After reviewing your responses, we will schedule a call to walk through every detail together, ensuring everything feels effortless and aligned with your vision.

Within 48 hours of your wedding, you will receive a beautifully curated gallery of photos and videos, along with edited content, so you can begin reliving your big day immediately and for a lifetime to come.

From the earliest planning moments through your wedding day, our team will be a calm, supportive presence you can rely on. We would be truly honored to document your celebration and craft the memories you will cherish for a lifetime.
